Hi, I just finished installing my back up lights in my 65 and noticed that when I open the drive or passenger doors the lights go on. Is this normal?

 

Oops. Better change the power source for them. The OE connections are on all 64-65 Mustangs, above the gas pedal.

Thanks for the help, I'll get out there tomorrow and check out the wiring above the gas pedel. When I installed the new taillight harness I never double check how I connect that wiring under the dash! Must of mix something up!
