We have a car lift at my bros house that we bought, might as well put it to use! I'm a bit of a perfectionist so I would prefer to weld bottom all the way through to have a nice tight seal! I don't like that gap sealer much.

 

Car lift will make it much easier - I'd go for it in that case. Welding on your back sucks

 

Finished welding underneath today, tomorrow will grind down welds and prep for underseal!

 

 

Looking good - I'm jealous - did full floor pan and rockers last year still sitting on jig and have not finished up welding floor in just because I dont want to get underneath to weld.

 

You gotta go all out couple days and finish it! You can't do little by little and feel progress. That's what I think.
