t5 clutch setup
I think you are okay that little bit of extra pressure could be due to the clutch design. I know mine does feel just a wee bit different at the very end too. As long as its not half travel then gets stiff I think you are good.
Remember to make sure your preload is set as I described
Check back on the preload once and a while for the first month and make sure its not too loose and that everything is staying put.
After a few hundred miles of city driving you'll probably find the clutch will disengage sooner and with the clutch fully depressed it will probably take 1" before it starts to move the car rather than a 0.50 inch.

Ok, thanks for all your help, i really appreciate it! One last question, I put the bolt on the inside hole on the clutch fork instead of the outside hole where my cable once was. The reason I did this is because it seems to be going straighter with the s.c. Is this how yours is set up.
