Bad Day
Well the spindles are disc brakes
The 67-73 arms (just like the Granada) are the wrong angle and length for a 64-66. They'll work, but the turning geometry will be "off".
and why will the 69 linkage not work
It's too long for a 64-66. And of course, the 67-70 pittman arm goes on a 1 1/8" sector shaft, while the 64-66 gearbox has a 1" shaft. Some early 67's had a 1" shaft, but that pittman arm is the most expensive, tipping the scale at $160.

Well after looking at several pictures of the 69 linkage it looks nothing like mine because it has a curve in it...Mine looks just like the ones I have seen on ebay for a 65/66 so I think I'm good...I have seen other people that has run the spindles just fine..So I don't see how it will throw off the "Geometry"...Do you have anymore reading on this?
Well I called Steve at MustangSteve's and he said I will be fine with the 69 Spindles, that a lot of people run that setup...He said I will have a little bit of bump steer, which I was going to go with Borgeson powersteering anyways
Oh, and the 65-66 disc brakes used the same spindles as drum brakes.
