Default leaking windows

I recently became the proud owner of a 66 coupe add my daily driver. Today I ran ran it through the touchless carwash. I was a little disturbed to see water leaking in from between the front window and rear on both passenger and driver side. Also was a small trickle from the wing vents. Fortunately the cowls are solid.

What's the fix for something like this? Will replacing the weather stripping take care of the gaps or is there something else I need to do?

Those same areas used to leak back in 66 when I owned my previous Mustang! I thought they all did that?
