Default Quick Question

Hey, I just got me my first mustang. Picked it up from a friend and love it. The only thing is I'm getting crazy numbers of how much its worth. I got a 66' Convertible. It was a 289 but someone had put a 302 with Edlebrock intake, Tri-Y headers and Holley carb. with full Mallory ignition. It also has 4-wheel disc brakes and 9" rearend. Other then that the car is all stock. Even has stock auto trans. Top works and all the emblems and trim are on the car and look nice. It runs and drives, needs a paint job but only one rust spot (on the right side door) floor pans and trunck are solid. I just want to know about what its worth. I don't want to put tomuch into the car but I got a good deal so help me out. If someone with a lil info would help it would be cool.

You cant tell how much rust there is until you strip it. That is where the Price will drop fast!

The motor, rear end, and brakes are a major plus, but then again MANY people like factory stuff. Hard to tell the worth of something, its all in the eye of the beholder!
