Default spark plugs 351w?

hey guys, i wanted to swap out my stock spark plugs on my 1970 mustang. i have a modded 351w but im not too sure which plugs would give me the most power and fuel economy. i was thinking just using the E3 spark plugs, but i know you cant gap them so idk how that would effect my engine so any feed back on this subject would be awesome. Thanks guys

i always go with the standard autolite/motorcraft plugs... or the money youre gonna see you wont see an increase in mileage
