Tyler...all those bulbs and wires run to a connector of some sorts. Look for a solid black wire on the connector and follow it back into the dash and it should be bolted/connected to metal inside the dash...that is your ground wire for the cluster.

If you are going to replace the wiring harness, consider the painless wiring harness. This one is obviously used, and God knows what condition it is in. It is hard enough work to do it the first time, much less twice.

Tyler, If you read the ad more closely you would know that that wiring harness isn't for your car, or do you have the long speedo?

Im sorry, i forgot you have a 65. So unless it's a GT then it is the right harness, but why replace the harness, if theres only one wire messed up?

Okay i dont know what to do. I only have power to the right two dash lights the other ones are dead. whenever i hook up the temp gauge sparks fly. What is wrong? nothing is working right. I cant find the ground. those diagrams dont seem to be the same. Everything is messed up. Could that voltage regluator thingy on my cluster be bad?
