I put them on top of the package tray. On the metal, It's just a tad bit too small, so I used the tin snips to cut little slits around the frame where the 6x9s go and then bent the flaps down. It's hard to explain, but you get the idea.

Tyler, Nahh, lets just see how many pages we can get.

We are talking about two things 6mustang wants Get some tri-ys with the purples 6. Then drive to my house and rev her up so i know if thats what i want.
Ill do that, but it'll have to be with Flowmasters. I already have two of them sitting in my basement. Do you know what a set of tri y's would cost for a mustang?

Would the flowmaster 50's bolt right up and keep it a lot quieter?

Yeah, i had enough room for them, It was hard, because they are supposed to be mounted under the tray. and thats how i had them, but they liked to rattle, no matter what. If i put them on top, they'll look ugly, but thats what i will have to do.

No, you would need to weld it in the exhaust system.

I have already loosened the manifold to hear the open header sound. I doesnt sound good. I have to have a rumble. If glen were here he would be telling us to get ravins. I swear he works for them I wonder if i could weld these my self. you can rent a welder at home depot. they teach you how to use it. I hear that it is easy to do as long as you are not welding aluminum.

Is there any way to tell what flows you have? The previous owner had them installed and I have no clue what series they are. Is there a code stamped on the outside or something?
