My dad had a 65 hipo with glass packs. He told me he had to cut the car off, and coast up the street to take my mom home. I told him i hope he knew how rare that car is, but it was sorta stolen from him.

I have already loosened the manifold to hear the open header sound. I doesnt sound good.
Yeah, that's not good. Plus exhaust gasses can get in the interior through holes in the firewall.

I dont want to hear your dad come on this forum and get mad at us cause his son died due to carbon monoxide poisoning.

My god! My dads 68 fastback was amazing. he had everthing done to it. but no he trades it for a trans am, and then a POS sedan. I could have a fastback right now. It was a jersey car though. So right now its probably a rust bucket.

My dad sold his 68 coupe in the late 70's cause the front end was giving him trouble.

1200 bucks is was he sold if for. Damn, it was probably just a tie rod or pitman arm bushing.

if you have glass packs, and there not loud, you must have a massive exhaust leak somewhere, or something.
