I am reassembling The 6Cyl that came with my 66. I am noticing a seviere lack of bolts, so far all I can prove is oil pan bolts. Is there anywhere I can get bolts that wont cost me my other arm and leg?</P>


I can only imagine what I will need when I start putting the body parts back on.</P>

well I like allen heads bolts...is this a fastenal in your town?

 

AMK products sells the complete bolt kits for the engine,body,etc....with diagrams of what goes where.Most vendors have them. Another suggestion is to hunt down a salvaged car and take what you need. Another way is if you have 1 or 2 bolts, go to a hardware store or home center and try to match them up. The kits are probably the way to go, though.
