Default Gauge Conversion

Is it possible to convert a 1965 Mustang coupe gauge cluster to a 1967 gauge cluster?

Thanks

I've never seen it done but I suppose it could be with enough finaggling.

Why not convert it to a 66 cluster instead?

Ha! Can make anything you want with finaggling.

Not a fan of that style, although it does look good.

from an electrical standpoint, its probably very close to being identical, from a fit perspective you'd have to cut radius' in the lower dash. Also the 67 looks to have integrated dash trim at the center and glove box so the lone dash would look out of place by itself. you're better off going aftermarket bezel and gauges.

Think this is your better option, and almost plug n' play.

Consider that '67/'68 used an entirely different dashboard. You could make it fit with enough hacking and slashing but IMO would come out looking like sticking a '67 fender on a '66 car.

I think it's not possible.
