Loose Steering Column Help??

Default Loose Steering Column Help??

Having this issue on my 68 Mustang, anyone know what the issue may be?

there are two bolts under the dash that could be loose?

That is bad.
I agree, 2 bolts under the dash that could be loose. They strap the steering column to the dash.
Also, it looks like you have some play in the wheel when turning. Outside just past the firewall there should be a knuckle that tends to wear causing the play in the wheel.
Also, check where the steering column goes through the firewall, make sure it is not broke or rushed out around the hole.
This will be easy to fix, the only 2 places that hold the column in place are the 2 bolts under the dash and where it fits through the firewall.
When you fix this, check the entire steering system carefully. Make sure it is not loose or worn.
