He's not talking about system pressure, the issue he feels he has is a pressure build up in the core from high velocity coolant flow. And if that is true then the flow restrictor will reduce the pressure in the core.

It will reduce pressure caused by water pump but will not affect the atmospheric pressure in the system.

Both the Aluminum and Cu/Brass from oreally? auto parts
The Scott drake one, the CJ Pony parts one (which I think are both Norther brand) and One from NPD.

One other thing I didn't think of before, you can run a bypass hose between the 2 heater hoses by installing a "T" or "Y" fitting in each hose. This will allow the fluid to go the path of least resistance. It should allow full flow threw the heater at low rpm, and if the pressure increases in the core the fluid will take the bypass.

ok, the only other option i am awate of then is a custom one. two places you can get them from is flowkooler and brassworks but they are around $225.00

drake used to have a good one i might have mentioned to you a while back but they no longer carry it.

Nice thanks for the tip...ive got no issue paying 225 for one if it holds up. Ill go that route if the valve doesn't pan out.
