Default Frame Rust?

Hey guys, new to here and new to this restoration stuff.

Vehicle- 1967 Mustang Coupe- straight 6, manual transmission

I have attached a couple of pics of a rust spot just below the battery tray on the front passenger side of my '67. I am wondering if this rust through is the frame or just a part that attaches to the frame.

I just had the car delivered last night and only got to look it over for about 5 minutes this morning. Tires are all flat so I could not get underneath it this morning to see any more than what I have attached in the pics. Any help you guys can offer is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Looks like part of the front frame rail and the radiator support are rusted. Luckily you can buy both parts reproduction and repair it.
