standard what ? standard transmission fluid as in "used in recent cars"?

No....Type F is what is used in the C4....Newer trannies use Dextron and Dextron II.

So what you are saying is I cant use anything other than type F ... cause i don't know where to get type F here in belgium, europe.
The oil i got is M2C 166-H MERCON. Will this work ? If i use it will it do damage ?

Yes....Mercon/Dexron and Type F are two different animals. Do not use Mercon in your C4. Find some way of getting Type F.
