Default Thermostat

I need to replace my thermostat, or at least want to. It doesnt look necessarily in good shape and i dunno what temp its set for. So my question is what should i be using, is a higher temp one good or lower better. I live down in florida. it can be up to 100 in the summer but not often. wither way, with a dark colored car it will be hot. thanks for the help guys

185 or 195 should be ok. You definitely don't want to run your car without one.

I would go with a 180, just changed mine from a 195 to a 180. It's better to run it a bit cooler..
