Default Roller rockers?

I just got a NEW set of Edelbrock Performer RPM #60229 heads. I want to add a set of roller rockers but, I'm not sure what will fit. So, I have two questions;

1) What roller rockers do you recommend?
2) How can I tell if my 302 has adjustable or non-adjustable rockers?

Here is a pic of my current 302 heads.

Those in the picture are adjustable rockers. I'm not sure you can use them on edelbrock heads though. I would ask edelbrock what they recommend for roller rockers.

As far as roller rockers, near as I can tell, gotta watch the valve covers - may have to go to something higher for clearance. I was debating between a set of Edelbrock heads for my new 289 (block being built now) and finally decided to go with the Trick Flows (they are raised .350 along the valve cover ridge for clearance). I emailed Edelbrock with the same question about roller lifters, no reply as yet. So I ordered my Trick Flow Twisted Wedges with 2.02 intake valves and their Poly-loc roller rockers today. Trick Flows require the deck of the block to have four 3/16" holes drilled for proper cooling. My machine shop is doing that while they build the block. Having the rotating assembly balenced, .030 over hypereutectic pistons put in and then they will ship me the short block. Can't wait to get started!

Good luck on your new heads and finding rollers that will work.

NO NO NO. Those aren't true adjustable rocker arms, it's true they can be adjusted my the nut, but adjustable rocker arms, have another way to adjust them. Just look at a set of 289 hipo rocker arms, or something to that nature

Question, I see that for a 289 / 302 there are two types. The normal (what ever its called) and Pedestal Mount... How do I know if mine is a Pedestal Mount or not???
