Default new top questions

Ok Im looking at replacing the top, I have the vinyl rear window now. I was thinking of installing the new top with a glass window.

Pros?

Cons?

Glass is of course heavier, but not really an issue unless your racing, it will be easier to care for, you can get them with a defroster (big help). I also think the glass just looks better, it doesnt cloud.

con, glass breaks, but is pretty protected in the top well. Glass is also more expensive.

Have you found out yet if a glass rear window is even available for a '72 Vert Stang?

The glass will definitly last long and not fade. Plus, you can tint glass if you decide too.

I have glass in my 70. The cost is a little higher but like it alot better. Does not discolor like the plastic hopefully last longer.
