CB Antenna Routing

Have signed up for the April 2009 Mastangs Across America and purchased a CB radio for the cruise. I lot of discussion on the MAA Forum concerning routing a cable from the truck to the interior. Any ideas?

I ran mine behind the kick panel, under the sill plate, tucked in between the seat and quarter interior, and into the trunk.

As a side note, they make a CB with Blue tooth
