Default Okay, really dumb question about current convertibles

How much clearance is needed above the car to open and close the top? As in how high does the top get during operation?

Default convertible opening

my 2012 will open comfortably in a garage under the garage door opener so i would say about 6-8" to 7 ft

Thank you, that works for me.

currently waiting to see if dealer can ****** the only six speed manual premium v6 within 500 miles for me. As in, we found three and one was silver (yuck) and other had slate interior (which I am not fond of)

good for you I got my 2012 GT Premium Triple Black last August and have really enjoyed it... I have 6000 miles on it and it is my daily driver. Buying a 2013 Shelby vert this year for an occasional drive...

LOL, I just went back to one car. Did the two car trick for awhile and decided that I needed to just find one great car.
