Default Top leaking from here... And here... And here

So I ran water and found water is entering the trunk through the seam at the top of the trunk just below the weather strip. The weather strip isn't damaged and the seam sealer does not appear cracked. How the heck is water getting from the channel to the seam?

The picture showing the gas tank, water is dripping in through the lower small hole in the picture when the hose is sprayed in the channel between the rear fender and the weather strip.

Both sides of the top are not sealed next to the rear glass which is the it's supposed to be I guess. But I have water leaking in from both sides of the top from that area.

Any ideas on fixes for these?
