Dude, you could prep forever and ever with the best products and sand paper and solvents and everything, and spray painting your car is still the stupidest thing you could ever do. Even with the best spray-can paint, the end result still looks like crap. Just get off your *** and pay the extra money to get a professional paint job, it will look so much better, and you'll be way more satisfied with it.

i dont want to let people work on my car. i do all the work myself and fix everything myslef i might as well try and if i need help then ill get it.

Depends on who's doin the paint with a spray can. Obviously you shouldn't do a whole car but my dad's done a couple pieces for his car with spray cans and they look just as good as anything I've seen, but he's amazing with paint.
