Try some Bon-Ami. Take a little bit and make a paste out of it and then smear it on the window using your fingers or a lent free towel (or a shop cloth , blue one) and then scrub them. It will take more then one cleaning but it will work. I did it to the quarter windows on our 93 and they look like brand new windows.

I have tried the steel wool, the sharp razor, the vinegar and nothing has worked. Its a 93 and the owner before me kept good care of it but basically disregarded caring for the glass. Seems like everything i try doesnt even take any of the waterspots out. I will try that Never Dull by eagle one. I thought the only way that i could get them out would have to get a buffer/polisher and polish them out. That Eagle One stuff, is it pretty self explanatory in how to do it.
It is very easy to use. Just open the can rip a piece off and start rubbing. If this doesn't work for you Eastwood makes a glass polishing kit that does this but it is expensive and if the Never dull works for you then you will save some cash.

I have a polisher but how would i go about polishing the windows? Use water, or window cleaner, or can i use that Nevr Dull stuff. Like rub it on window and polish. What are the actual steps in polishing windows?
