i used to work at one of these type of car washes. we only had a sign posted saying that we werent responsible for anything aftermarket, or retractable antennas. But we also asked you to inspect your car before you left to make sure it was up to your satisfaction. anything that was found after this inspection is off our backs bc you said that you were pleased with the job. im not sure if that is how they done things there, but i still dont think that there is a whole lot you can do about it. you can go back and talk to the manager about it, and most likeley they will say that it was done someplace else. id just go buy some touch-up paint and be done with it. much easier than arguing with some moron that isnt going to give you any compensation.

 

Only I touch my car. But I would get an estimate and take it back to see if they would cover it. If not report them to the BBB.
