what year is your car....on the fox bodies that 255/40/17 will touch when you turn the wheel.....I have 245 on 16inchers up front and they touch....the 275s in the rear will be ok..... </P>

I think the sn95s have a bigger wheel area up front, but am not certain. -- call up one of those tire places , like tire rack or even steeda in pompano will probably help you out real quick.</P><edited><editID>WhiteHawk</editID><editDate>37817.5521759259</editDate></edited>

I have an 88 gt with 16" Pony Rims and I'm wondering what sizes of tires I can use on the rims to give it a more jacked up look. I have 245's on it now - but it needs new rubber. Thinking of larger tires on the back than on the front. Any suggestions?</P>

mines got 225 front and 245 rear and 245s rubbed up front when i tried to do it. so when i buy my new goodyear eagle f1s i'm gonna do it the same with 225/245 but go to 17" rims and tires
