I am in the middle of installing some Ford Racing pedals on the car. I got the dead pedal and brake pedal on fine, but I for some reason I cannot get the pin the holds the gas pedal to come out? How in the world do you get that thing out of there???...any suggestions???

 

I broke the plastic surrounding the pin...so i had a better angle to put it in the vice and tap it out.
