Default Conditioning The Leather and Top

I have a Mustang GT with Leather Interior and it's a Convertible and have two questions.

1.) When conditioning the leather is it better to use the conditioning wipes or use the conditioning cream or does it not matter?

2.) What is the best way to treat the top? I was told to get Mother's Conditioner for the top, but have been told by 3 different places it's not being made anymore. I ended up getting a conditioner called Blue Magic or something like that since it was all I could find. What do you guys suggest for treating the top?

I use both the cream 2-3 times a year and the wipes for each time I detail. When I had my GT I used 303 Aerospace Protectant on the top. Ragg Top also makes a cleaner and protectant. If you get mold or mildew I would suggest diluted Simple Green.

Cool, I'll give it a shot. Thanks for the tips.
