Default painting black cutouts on rims?

So I've been planning on getting some mach 1 rims with the black cutouts like so
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/AFS-9...QQcmdZViewItem

But in my local craigslist today is a set of OEM mach 1 rims with tires for cheap. On one hand I could save myself around $400 bucks, but on the other I know I WANT the black cutouts. Is there a rim paint that I could use to paint those areas myself without an insane amount of trouble...would it last? I never knew having a car i loved would be so emotional..

it dosen`t look too hard to tape off the areas to be painted on those wheels. Just make sure that you clean them really well to get all the crud & brake dust off, then wipe them down with something like acetone, tape off the area to be painted with the blue painters tape that you can get at Home Depot, & use your choice of rattle can black. Just take your time, & use light coats & it should turn out fine. Its all in the prep work
