My dad was looking at my car today and he exclaimed that it is in need of a paint job. He's going to pay for it so what the hell............ Should I keep it black, or go with dark red? I'm going for a look like the pic shown, but I don't know if it'll look as good with black. Also, how much should a stock looking dark red paint job cost?????

well i mean i am going to make my car black basicly because i want my car to be hidden in the night a bit you know...like a shadow...dun dun dun...lol...who knows a dark red would look nice too...just up to you which you like better..i like black better

 

A correct paint color change, which includes painting the door jambs, inside the trunk, anywhere under the hood that needs it....should be around $2500-$4000 if you want it done correctly.

ok well i am going to be painting my car right and i was thinking should i just wait until i put my 5.0 engine i want to put in there...like when i have my 4 banger engine out i should paint the engine bay the trunk and take the doors off so i can get the inside of the door and the doors easily...i don't have to drive my car everyday so i mean like during the summer when i don't need it all the time and i can let the car sit for like 2 to 3 weeks while the painting is done and the engine is put in...i ask because i mean should i paint the engine bay and everything or not bother because i might scratch something...give me your info on it please

 

i'd paint the engine bay too if it's going to be convenient to do so. It will look nice when the hood is up

 

ok well i mean i'm gonig to be selling it some time so i can get a new mustang...so i mean it would be nice and might get the car sold better
