my rear quarter windows seem to have water spota on them and no matter how hard i scrub they wont budge. therfore i need some of you fellers to tell me some tricks that are worth trying
you have to be very careful with steel wool because it can def. scratch your windows up pretty bad
to the OP, if you're going to use steel wool def. use it as a last resort. i would start out with some vinegar/water mix...50/50. if that doesn't work you can step up to a light chemical polish and work that in. if that doesn't work you can step up once more to an abrasive polish, by now the spots should be gone, and if they're not then they're really etched in there. finally you may have to use some steel wool. only use 0000 grade, anything more will def. harm the glass
after you're done with everything be sure to put a good wax or sealant on top of the glass to prevent from future spotting
