quick question about waxing
ditto...must be a gm thing LOL cuse my best friend mike told me that exact same thing...and i do that..and i was like holy poop lol
but me personaly when i run out of applicators unexectidly i have used microfiber towels to apply the wax as well..i find they work ok once saturated with the wax...but as you may alreayd know they tend to not like water so wax is the same..you have to get it saturated a bit first...i have never had any issues with that...they are larger...easyer for me to apply the wax with cuse i dont have to worry about gripping a foam or terry cloth applicator...i guess terry cloth(zaino brothers) or foam(mcguaires) or microfiber (i get them from kmart) work fine...LOL

I don't like to ever go in a circular motion, back and forth and you get less swrills, I wax applicator pads made of terry cloth and remove wax with a microfiber.

Yeah use the applicator pads to apply the wax, and use the micro fiber towels to take the wax off. I go in circular motions but my cars not black so it doesnt matter. When you have a black or darker color car, you should apply the wax side to side or up an down, that way you wont have swirls..
