wax on new paint

wax on new paint

my car is going in the shop next week for a new paint job and i was wondering how long i should let it cure before i put any wax or polish on it, i have been told about 3 months but just wasnt sure.

Depending on if they cure the paint by baking it, you could either wax it right away or you need to wait 30 days. Ask the shop what they reccomend.

i dont think that they are gonna bake it, but i will make sure i talk to them about it and see what they have to say.
