Default touch up paint question

I used touch up paint which I ordered from ford and used it on one of the scratch (I could feel it with my nail). And as I predicted it's kinda bublish. In the detailing thread it's mentioned to used a certain sandpaper. could anyone tell me which one to use and how to use it cuz I'd rather leave it like that than to risk using a sandpaper which could ruin large portion of the fine paint job. I'd really appreciate any help I can get. thanks.

Use at the very least 2000 wet grit sandpaper & find a flexible 3m sanding block, otherwise you will leave 'streaks' in your paint that look raised and will take a quality buffer to remove or at least improve...

I would recommend dealing with what you have for a result now, if you break through your clear coat wet sanding you will have a much uglier sore on your car... If you wet sand, use the weight of the paper only, no added pressure and do not sand it to perfection, that milky looking substance is your clear coat and you have very little of it from the factory.
