That's one thing I absolutely hate. And I hate the body kits with Cobra, Saleen..Roush etc on the back bumper. Sorry but your car isn't a true one, and it shouldn't have those badges or names on it. I hate it, I wish I could burn every car down to the ground that has that. </P>


Now, with a V8 and swapping down to V6 badges..heh that's a diff story.</P>

 

Ya I hate when people lie about there cars to fool stupid people into thinking they are something they are not. But yes de-badging a car is funny lol

 

i drive a gt, and i searched and searched for a new body kit....i ended up not having the money for a fulll kit. so i did what i could to spice up my cars look. i got a saleen front, and saleen side scoops, put clear corners in the front. andi also chrome tipped my flows and added limo tint all around and mustang chrome inserts in the back...i left mygt badgin on, but im wondering if those other stang drivers out htere think im lame and tyring to be a saleenclone, or if they acknowledge the fact i just like the way the front saleen bumper and side scoops look???

 

Why bother? If someone wants to do something to their car, let them. This is a free country... least I think it is. Does it really matter what badges are on someone else's car? If you damage a car then you are liable for it's repair... reguardless if you feel that the vehicle is "lying" to you. This is just as bad as another post that I read where someone laughed his *** off about his friend jumping up and down on some ricer's exhaust. I GOT A LX AND IM PROUD OF IT I KNOW ITS NOT A COBRA SO I DONT BUT THE COBRA BADGES ON IT I MIGHT PUT RUNNING PONYS ON IT THO AND LEAVE THE LX BADGE ON THE HATCH
