Hey ok so i have a 2003 convertible mustang (v6)

It has the base hood which is looks like this

i decided a long time ago i knew it was a 6 when i got it when i turned 16 and it wasnt going to get huge HP gains and make it a beast, id rather make it look good throw some bolt ons in it.

I have the mach 1 chin and i thought could i add a scope to the hood or would it just look ridiculous?

if you look through the pictures there is one of it. but i cant tell if it looks ok.

I got quoted to have it sprayed to match by a shop for 70 dollars.
so im looking at 180.
Worth it? and does it look ok?

 

Personally, on that hood, I'd skip it. I don't have anything against hood scoops (going to add one myself eventually!), but I don't think it would look good on a "heat-extractor" style hood.
