rear end gears for 07 gt

My wife and I bought a grabber orange gt back in jan. and we put on so far man axlebacks and airaid intake and we love the sound it makes but want to change the rear end gears to accomidate highway and street fun. We live out in the counrty with alot of windy roads and plenty of room to romp but want the right choice. Also wondering about shortie or longtube headers made by BBK?
