My 04 has the factory 245-45/17s on it. I really wanted to go with 18x9 fronts and 18x10 rears but have pretty much knocked that idea around to the point where i think imma just go 17x9 and 17x10. My front tires need replaced, but my rears are still in great shape. So my question is this: Will the 245-45/17 fit on the 17x9? (My car is lowered 1.5") That would save me from buying 4 new and I could just buy my 2 315s for the rear and take my factorys and put them on the 17x9s.

Yes they should fit on your 17 x 9's. My friend just bought a set of 4 17 x 9 rims and put 245/45-17's on all 4.
