Default Raising for tire rub

I put oversized 225/60R16 on my 92 GT and the left fender rubs a little on a sharp turn to the left. Can I raise the car slightly by the struts and fix this proble? Need help

So what you do is take corners and your tire rubs, you want to raise it? New springs all around might give it that little lift you need or maybe not! Struts or shocks won't lift it so don't waste your money. Or you could get use to it rubbing ruining yiur tires possibly throwing your alignment out of whack! Heres what I would do lower your tire size. They may look "nice" but not worth the problems down the road. Save alot of money change the tires! Just one mans opinion!

Yeah you should go down in size, maybe 40s. Or if you don't want to do that just go to a body shop and have them grind away and smooth the edges of the fenders/rear panels.
