Whats up guys, Pulled my motor apart the other day to make way for all the new parts. Not sure where the blocks from, but I'm guessing its the same one thats been in the car since it left the factory. I've got an 86 GT, and I got the heads off and I realized that the valves are way too big to stock, then I noticed afew raised markings on the block, one of them said CP? I'm pretty sure the car was put together afew years ago, so I dont know if CP ever even existed, or went out of buisness. The valve springs arnet stock, and the valves measure 1.9.. Is it possible that the CP logo I saw was part of the mold in 86 or something?
