Default Spark Plug Problem

The spark plugs in my car will not come out. I put alot of force on the things and they would not budge. I dont want to put too much because I'm afraid that I will break the plug off. Is there anything I can try to help get these things out?

yeah do not put to much force on them.and make sure you have the socket on straight.
try letting the engine warm up a bit. and maybe a bit of WD-40 and let it soak.
i busted 3 plugs off in my tempo once...lets just say i had fun removing the head[:@]
