Default is it good for my stang

I was told that opening up my stang on the road once and a while is good for it is that true?

well, i cant imagine that going out and beating on it is necessarily GOOD for it,, but as long as you arent out every day pinging the rev limiter, it's not gonna put too much wear and tear on your car

you have to figure that cars, at least relativly new ones, are built to last, if a company built a car (especially one like a mustang, camaro or corvetter and such) that blew up or wore out after a bit of mild abuse, they wouldnt sell very many of them

i'd say the minimal wear and tear your putting on the car by being kind and then having some fun every now and then is def. worth the enjoyment of doing such!

it's not good to abuse your car, but takin it out and runnin it good does help clean it out. Nothin wrong w/ puttin a stang through its paces

If most of your driving is city then yes take it out and open it up, but heat it up first.

tons of stop and go(there is more stop than go sometimes)Is this why my gas milage is getting worse.just had a tune up
