Default can i put this cam in?

I wanted to put this cam into my car but a freind said that i would have to have different heads first, i have stock. the specs are:
valve lift with 1.6 rocker is .574/.595 Cam Lift .359/.372 Lobe Separation 110°

Duration @ .050" 236°/248°

additional information: Rough idle, strong top-end power. 3,000-3,500 rpm stall converter, 3.90 to 4.11 gears recommended.
Compression: 10:1 minimum
all of this is at the trickflow website its the strongest cam trickflow has for a ford.

I think you will have piston to valve clearance problems with that cam and stock pistons. Not only that , but that cam is way way over kill for a stock head, stock cube motor. That would be a nice cam in a 347, if you were to put in your 302 your car would be a complete turd. The rpm range of that cam is going to be very high and you don't have the mods to support the RPM or air flow that it needs. When looking at cams bigger is rarely better. Please tell me you are not doing this just for sound.

You would also need to fly cut the pistons, but even then it's too much cam for a 302, it would be good in a 347 though.
