Default Ignition and Distributor

I don't really know how to put this but well
what should I order for like well I want to redo my Ignition and junk
Like all the things that go along with it.
What am I going to be replacing?
Ignition of course, Distributor, Wires, and...?

Heres what will eventually be on my car (except for the headers need the rest of the exhaust for that first) whenever my intake decides to show up

ok

Current mods:
[ul][*] 4.10 Gears[*] Ford B Cam:
. 397-M-6250-B303 Duration': 224°/224° @ .050'
. Lift: .480'/.480'[*] 75 Dry Shot of N.O.S. Nitrous [*] Pro-M Bullet 75mm MAF for 24# Injectors[*] Chrome Breather Valve
[/ul]
Mods to come:
[ul] [*] Edelbrock Performer Intake(1500-6500)[*] 24# Injectors[*] Accufab 70mm TB[*] EGR Spacer[*] Steeda Aluminum Underdrive Pulleys[*] Bat. Relocation Kit[*] BBK 1 3/4" Ceramic Coated Long Tube Headers
[/ul]

I want to redo everything pretty much for around 400-500 hp
I hear MSD is a good brand, but what kind should I order?
And what else am I going to need besides wires, distributor, ignition?

I kinda want to order this for today along with a fenderwell CAI from bbk

MSD 6AL box PN 6420, MSD blaster 2 or 3 coil PN 8223, 9mm plug wires, Pro-Billet Ford 5.0L Distributor 1986 - 1993 PN 8456, and a decent set of plugs and you are there. If money is an issue you can go with a 6A box which does not have the rev limiter like the 6AL. Hope this helps....
