So yea today i went to take my baby to get it alligned and i go back later in the day to pick it up and ask him what he did. . . he goes nuthing . . theres no poitn in alligning it. And im all like why. . and he goes you need a new steering rack . . .****TY!!! Well i priced a remanufactured one and it was $186. not too bad. My question is do any of you knwo where i can get one cheaper? My car is a 96 gt. . .thanks

 

what did he say was wrong with the rack, usually if the rack goes out it wont turn it will hang up.

 

he sed theres like 1 and a half to 2 inches of play in the front end . . . he sed if he were to allign it it wouldnt even have been worth it cuz eventually it woulda needd a rack/
