Shift Kit
I do believe any aftermarket tranny work will void warranty but not positive.....
Shift Kits do make the life of your tranny longer.... And they also give you the choice on how hard 2nd hits.....Under one of the Pistons in the valve body you place washers in the deep end... Ive ran 2 last time and this new tranny Im running 3 so well see what the difference will be next week
For a calibrated gear, go to Steeda.com and look at there speedo gears it gives descriptions on the tooth number youll need for that specific rear gear.....

Yeah it definetly voids the warranty. I had a C4 with a B&M kit in it + a B&M star shifter and that thing was bad ***. Barked all 3 gears like nothing. Shifted alittle to hard sometimes actually if I didn't shift manually. It would jerk your head of if the rpm's weren't fairly high when it shifted. Anyway back to my point , it will void the warranty. Not only that but I just bought a remanufactured C4 from Advanced and it voids the warranty on remans. too. Even just not leaving the kickdown on it voids the warranty. But , I would get the kit put in unless the transmission was new and you were worried about the warranty , cause you will love it.
