anyone know where i can get a detailed wiring schematic ?

finishing engine swap and ran into a few wires i cant find out what they are for

The Haynes Manuals usually have some schematics in them. Also, if you click on this link here, it takes you to a page that has quite a few wiring schematics as well as other useful things for Mustangs. Not sure if it will help any, but it's a start.
