Where does the typical air/fuel gauge plug into? How is it installed?

 

it just wires into one of the signal wires from an o2 sensor,,, i have used them before and they really aren't much more than blinking lights,,if you want real tuning power get a pyrometer. its more expensive but worth the money in my opinion
