Default Fiberglass Hoods and Hatch?

I have been shopping around for a fiberglass hatch. I was looking at ABC Exclusive's hatch and was wondering if anyone has seen one in person. I Have been to the last 2 WFC and can see with the hoods that some are of good quality and some are junk. I would hate to spend 400 to find out that is was of pour quality and didn't fit right. I know that Cervini is gonna be the best but so are there prices after shipping.
Thanks for any help.

I was also look to get a new hood but want something diff from a cowl. I was thinging of maybe going with a 2.5 cowl with an 83 or 84 type scoop. Has anyone ever tried this or seen it, what did you think.

Do you need to replace your hatch because of
damage?
If so a junk hatch runs $75 to $200
and it will fit perfectly.

I need to replace it because of rust, I have looked at junkyards and hatches that people have for sale and all have been full of rust or bondoed (sp) right below the wing. Mine also is starting to rust on the outside where the hinges bolt up.

I've had little luck with fiberglass parts other than Cervini's. I have a Harwood 2.5' cowl on my 92 LX and it doesn't fit well at all. I was very disappointed. I'm still trying to get the thing to shut decent. Spend the extra $...you'll be glad you did.

Wow your having trouble with Harwood. This is the first time I have EVER heard anything negative about anything they make.

Fiberglass stuff is always going to be somewhat tricky to get to line up right. My friend bought a cervini's 2.5 inch cowl hood and the thing fits like a gem but I have seen other who have alot of trouble with them. It seems to be hit or miss. I will let you know how my carbonware hood fits and such.

I just got a rear hatch on my 89 GT.
You do know that they fit from 83 to 93.

I would say that most are not rust buckets.

I got a 84GT hatch and just had to replace the
spoilers. change the wiring harness, and lock.

It fits fine.
