i hate HIDs, i cant see and they blind, if you get them, get tints to

 

This may be way off of what you are looking for... I have adjusted the alignment of my lights before and got a noticable improvement in my nightime visability... But taking it to a shop that is equiped for making the adjustment is going to give you the most out of what you have.
